วันที่ 4 กันยายน 2569 ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อรอุษา สุวรรณประเทศ คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดกิจกรรมการประกวดแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี (Good Practice) ของบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน สังกัดคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ประจำปีการศึกษา 2568 เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้บุคลากรนำองค์ความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และนวัตกรรมจากการปฏิบัติงานมาพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เป็นแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีภายในองค์กร พร้อมมอบรางวัลแก่ผู้ได้รับรางวัลการประกวดแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี โดยมีผลการตัดสิน ดังนี้
รางวัลที่ 1 จำนวน 1 รางวัล เงินรางวัล 3,000 บาท ได้แก่“การบริการยื่นและติดตามสถานะคำร้องเปลี่ยนแปลงการเรียนการสอน (NU6) ผ่านระบบยื่นและติดตามคำร้องออนไลน์ ‘HU-Form Track’ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์”

รางวัลที่ 2 จำนวน 1 รางวัล เงินรางวัล 2,000 บาท ได้แก่“จุดรับขยะรีไซเคิล ประเภท ขวด แก้ว กระป๋อง”
โดย นายมานพ แตงตุ้ม และ นายนิรุด แสงอบ สังกัดงานธุรการ
รางวัลที่ 3 จำนวน 2 รางวัล เงินรางวัลรางวัลละ 1,000 บาท ได้แก่
“ระบบบริหารจัดการการฝึกงานและสหกิจศึกษา (HU-Internship)”โดย นางสาวคณิตา อินทรประสิทธิ์ สังกัดงานบริการการศึกษา และ นายประธาน สายคำ สังกัดงานธุรการ
“IRB Easy Guide การพัฒนากระบวนงานขอรับรองจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์”โดย นางสาวพรภุทชรี โพธิ์ทอง สังกัดงานวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ

Faculty of Humanities Promotes Workplace Innovation through Good Practice Awards for Support Staff
On 4 September 2026, the Faculty of Humanities, Naresuan University, organized its Good Practice Awards for Support Staff for Academic Year 2025, providing a platform for professional and support staff to showcase innovative approaches to improving workplace processes and organizational effectiveness.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Onusa Suwanpratest, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, presided over the opening ceremony and presented awards to the winning teams. The initiative aims to encourage staff members to transform their professional knowledge, practical experience, and workplace innovations into more efficient working processes that can be shared, adapted, and developed as good practices across the Faculty.
The award-winning projects demonstrated a diverse range of practical innovations, from digital service systems and internship management to environmental sustainability and streamlined research ethics procedures.
The Faculty of Humanities, Naresuan University, extends its warmest congratulations to all award recipients and recognizes their contributions to improving the quality and effectiveness of the Faculty’s operations.
