ภาควิชาภาษาอังกฤษ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ร่วมกับสำนักงานฝ่ายโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษประจำภูมิภาค (Regional English Language Office: RELO) สถานเอกอัครราชทูตสหรัฐอเมริกาประจำประเทศไทย จัดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 2025 Lower Northern Thailand Mini ELT Conference ภายใต้หัวข้อ “Engage & Inspire: Practical ELT Strategies for Dynamic Classrooms” ระหว่างวันที่ 20–21 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อรอุษา สุวรรณประเทศ คณบดีคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด และร่วมให้การต้อนรับ Mr. Eran M. Williams ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานฝ่ายโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษประจำภูมิภาค ณ ห้องสุวรรณภิงคาร คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร
การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและเพิ่มพูนทักษะการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษให้แก่ครูผู้สอนระดับประถมศึกษา มัธยมศึกษา และอาชีวศึกษาในเขตภาคเหนือตอนล่าง โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกจำนวนกว่า 60 คน และได้รับเกียรติจากคณาจารย์และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการสอนภาษาอังกฤษเป็นวิทยากร ได้แก่ Mr. Billunta Carter, Mr. Garrett Cromwell, Mr. Del-Vaunte Delandus Scott (English Language Fellows), รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พงศกร เมธีธรรม (มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร), ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ไซนี แวมูซอ (มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์) และ ดร.อัญชลี แสงทอง (มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี)

The Faculty of Humanities, through the English Department, in collaboration with the Regional English Language Office (RELO) of the United States Embassy in Bangkok, hosted the 2025 Lower Northern Thailand Mini ELT Conference under the theme “Engage & Inspire: Practical ELT Strategies for Dynamic Classrooms” on 20–21 December 2025. The conference was honored by the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Onusa Suwanpratest, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, who delivered the opening remarks and welcomed Mr. Eran M. Williams, Director of RELO, and his team at the Suwannapingkarn Conference Room, Faculty of Humanities, Naresuan University.
The conference aimed to enhance English teaching skills and pedagogical practices to meet the needs of contemporary education for English teachers at the primary, secondary, and vocational levels in the Lower Northern region. Over 60 selected participants attended the workshop. The training sessions were conducted by experts in English Language Teaching (ELT), including Mr. Billunta Carter, Mr. Garrett Cromwell, and Mr. Del-Vaunte Delandus Scott (RELO English Language Fellows), Associate Professor Dr. Phongsakorn Methitham (Naresuan University), Assistant Professor Dr. Zainee Waemusa (Prince of Songkla University), and Dr. Unchalee Seangthong (Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University).
