Mr. Kawin Phusrithet, a former student of the Department of Music, won the 1st prize in the 2nd Overdrive Acoustic Guitar Contest. The competition took place at Lifestyle Event Hall, on the 2nd Floor of Siam Paragon Shopping Center on Saturday, October 31st, 2020. During the interview, he informed that his pride turned towards an opportunity of being taught at the Department of Music, in which he earned not only special classical guitar techniques but also exhaustive music theory that came into play for his liking in Fingerstyle, including playing the instrument and composing pop songs.
